I have used Janet and her management company, Pillo, since she took over this business … years ago. Janet and her team have always worked in a most professional manner and have very much respected me and my apartment which I now rent full time through Pillo.

Janet is pro-active at undertaking any housekeeping and maintenance issues and I seldom need to be involved. Her account keeping is impeccable and payments always on time accompanied by very clear details of every rental.

This was a great place to stay. The location couldn’t be better, close to the city centre and the ferry terminal for day trips. The apartment has amazing views across the water to the harbour bridge. Inside the flat the kitchen area is well equipped, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom has a good shower.

There is a big outside balcony with table where we had all our meals and you can watch the boats go by below. We originally booked for two nights but as soon as we arrived extended the stay to four nights.

Thoroughly recommend.
