To support you for your arrival we provide a small array of complementary amenities. In line with the Airbnb self-catering concept these are not replenished during your stay.

Cleaning

Our properties will be spotlessly clean for you. As part of your booking, an after-stay clean is included which covers an essential’s clean and linen. In line with the Airbnb self-catering concept, we ask you to leave the property in a relatively tidy and clean state. Dishes washed and rubbish removed. Additional charges will apply if cleaners are required to perform more work.

Luggage

We don’t have the ability to store luggage at our properties but our guests can get a discounted rate at The Luggage Hotel luggage storage facility on Princes Wharf (Shed 23), 145 Quay St.

Sorry, our properties cannot be used for receiving mail or packages.

Left Property

Pillo accepts no responsibility for any left items. Items will only be returned to the booker and any postage or courier charges (inc Pillo fees) must be prepaid. Items are disposed of after one month from booking checkout date.

Additional Services

Let us know at your time of booking, if you require additional services, such as an additional bed (a linen charge will apply), cot, high chair, parking. These are subject to availability. Pre-paid charges may apply.
