Our properties are kitted out to make your stay easy and relaxing, but please check details of each property to ensure it meets your specific needs. Guest service professionals are just a message, text or call away. Please make sure you read Pillo Terms and Conditions before booking.

  Check – in & check – out

Subject to a property’s particular requirements below are Pillo’s check – in and out times:
CHECK- IN TIME IS FROM: 3 pm (15.00) to 11.30 pm (23.30)
CHECK- OUT TIME BY: 10 am.
Requested earlier and later check – in & out.
Subject to availability and pre-payment we may be able to offer an early check – in from 1.30pm or a late check – out up to 12.30 pm. Any arrival or vacating outside of these hours will require the booking of an additional night’s stay. Pillo will need to be contacted at least 48 hours before arrival, if an early check – in or late check –out is requested. Conditions apply and this is not guaranteed.

Check – in details will are sent just before arrival as well as check –out procedures. Please ensure all information is given to all guests.

Linen

We’ll provide you with high quality hotel linen, which includes all bed and bathroom linen requirements plus a personal towel and face cloths per person, and kitchen tea towels. Additional linens are available upon request, including sofabed and extra bed (which must have linen) and baby cot linens. 

A hire, delivery and laundering charge may apply.

Amenities

Short stay accommodation is all about making yourself at home and having the ability to be self – catering. To make the first day of your stay easier, we thought it would be helpful to provide some handy items.

You’ll find on hand, a small selection of complementary teas, coffees, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash amenities, toilet paper plus clothes and house cleaning products.

Please note our properties are not serviced apartments and amenities will not be replenished during your stay.

Cleaning

Our property will be spotlessly clean for you. As part of your booking, an after- stay guest clean is included. This is only a light clean and we request you leave the property in a tidy and cleanly state with all dishes cleaned and put away and all rubbish removed. If this is not possible you may be charged additional cleaning and rubbish removal fees.

For stays longer than two weeks, refresh clean and linen changes will be required as part of the booking.

Internet

Free high speed wifi internet will be available for your use.

Additional

Let us know if you want additional services such as early check-in or late check-out, sofabed, or wish to hire a high chair, cot and extra bed. These are subject to the property configuration and availability. A prepaid hire, delivery and laundering fee may apply.

Luggage
Please note we do not have the facility to store luggage at our properties.

Mail and packages
Sorry, are properties cannot be used for receiving mail or packages.

Left property
Please make sure you pack all your belongings. Pillo accepts no responsibility for any items left behind. We will do our best to return your items to you. Any costs required to return lost property by post or courier must be paid for in advance. Unfortunately we are unable to store lost property so any unclaimed items will be disposed of after one month from check-out date.
