Luggage Hotel: Lightening your Load 

Have you arrived early and you’re waiting for your hotel or Airbnb check-in time or you have to check out and your transport or next adventure is not arriving until later. 

The Luggage Hotel is a staffed secure luggage storage facility where you can leave your belongings, offering short or long-term storage.

You can leave your luggage with us for a couple of hours or anything up to a month or more. No need to book, just turn up.

Open daily (excl Xmas & New year public holidays) from 9.30am to 5pm (17:00). Note last pick up is 4.45pm (16:45)

Our location

Street address is unit 8, 145 Quay Street.

We are right in the middle of Princes Wharf (Shed 23) close to CBD accommodation and downtown Auckland transport ferry, train and bus hubs. Wheel chair ramps at both ends of shed 23 makes it easy to manoeuvre your luggage.

The Ferry terminal is only 5 mins walk away. Catch the ferry to the North Shore, Devonport, stop over at Waiheke Island or one of the other islands or just enjoy a cruise of Auckland Harbour.

Britomart bus and train station is 8 mins away on the other side of Commercial Bay, opposite the Ferry building.
